Indian Navy JOb Selection Process

The applicant will be shortlisted on the basis of SSB interviews which will be conducted at Bangalore/Bhopal/ Coimbatore/Visakhapatnam.

Stage I: Intelligence test, picture perception, and discussion test.

Stage II: Psychological testing, group testing, and interview will last for 4 days.

Medical examination.

Payscale

• Sub Lieutenant (SLT): Applicants will be paid between Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,10,700.

• Lieutenant (LT):  Applicants will be paid between 61, 300 to Rs 1, 20,900.

• Lieutenant Commander (Lt Cdr): Candidates will be paid between Rs 69,400 to Rs 1, 36,900.

• Commander (Cdr): Applicant will be paid between Rs 1,21,200 to Rs 2,12,400.
