This is need to change the mentality of everyone that women are weak and they cannot perform in every field.

The issues like women backwardness in India such as gender-based, reproductive health inequities, economic discrimination, harmful traditional practices, other pervasive and persistent form of inequality.

If men in world women in the family decision-making process, these conditions improve slightly in women’s life. It is very challenging to bring changes to women in traditional societies. It can be time and regular effort. Indian men never realize the power of Indian Women they have proved that they are more powerful than men.
