Jr. office Assistant Grade IV	Full Time Bachelors’ Degree from a Govt. Recognized Institute or University.
Engineering Assistant (T&I) Grade IV	3 years full time Diploma in any discipline of Engineering from a Govt. recognized Institute.

Pay Scale

Salary Grade for the post of Junior Assistant and Engineering Assistant (T&I) shall be Grade IV in the pay scale of 11900 – 32000.

Age Limit

The age limit for the IOCL Recruitment 2018 – Special Recruitment Drive for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities is defined as on 27^th August 2018. For the General unreserved category students the maximum age limit is 36 years and the minimum age limit is 18years. The reserved category student has the age relaxation as per government rules.
