Eligibility criteria for PG courses-

• M.A (Master of Arts)- So, candidates must have completed a Graduate honors degree.
• M.COM (Master of Commerce)- For this course candidate must have completed an honors degree.  Degrees in Commerce/Accountancy/ and Marketing
• M.SC (Master of Science)- So,  candidates must have completed a B.SC degree.
• MCA (Master of Computer Application)- Candidates must have completed any Graduate degree. Also, should have studied Mathematics.
• PG DIPLOMA ( Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Computer Science)-So, candidates, must have completed a Graduate degree. Also, should have passed the HSC examination.
• BLIS ( Bachelor of Library and Information Science)-  For candidates must have completed an honors degree in any subject.  Also, they can do M.A/M.SC/M.COM with honors.
• MLIS (Master of Library and Information Science)-  So, for doing an MLIS course candidates have to complete a BLIS degree.

So PG  Admission is based on a direct basis.  Also, by entrance exam conducted by the University.

• So, UV  candidates get 60% of the seats in each subject.
• Open Competition candidates get 40% seats.
• So, SC candidates get 22% seats
• And 6% of seats are for ST candidates.
• So, 3 % of seats are for physically disabled candidates
