Uttar Pradesh Government has started the Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS), it has launched a new website and App called UP Jansunwai Portal Samadhan for the migrant workers & UP residents. It will be a useful app for the people in this lockdown. Now people can easily file a complaint, track their status, send reminders & provide feedback to govt.
The purpose of the portal is to provide relief to people in the crises of COVID-19. People can register & track their complaint at any time and from any location. They do not have to visit govt departments and offices to raise and register their complaints.
The migrant workers who wish to return to their state and for those who want to return Uttar Pradesh can also apply for Pravasi Panjikaran on this portal. Due to the lockdown, people were not able to return to their respective places. Therefore the Government has decided to run special trains for the stranded people. Along with the online portal, a mobile app of IGRS UP has been developed in view of Mobile Governance. This app can be download from the play store. Now citizens can file their grievances & track their status through this mobile app. This app can use by both citizens and the officers.
Departmental officers can easily see the complaints and can take the required action for their Redressal. Interested applicants/officers can visit the online portal and click on the download link of the app.
