UP Jansunwai Portal – UP Online Registration, Complaint/Application Status & App Download

Uttar Pradesh Government has started the Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS), it has launched a new website and App called UP Jansunwai Portal Samadhan for the migrant workers & UP residents. It will be a useful app for the people in this lockdown. Now people can easily file a complaint, track their status, send reminders & provide feedback to govt.

The purpose of the portal is to provide relief to people in the crises of COVID-19. People can register & track their complaint at any time and from any location. They do not have to visit govt departments and offices to raise and register their complaints.

The migrant workers who wish to return to their state and for those who want to return Uttar Pradesh can also apply for Pravasi Panjikaran on this portal. Due to the lockdown, people were not able to return to their respective places. Therefore the Government has decided to run special trains for the stranded people. Up Online Jansunwai Samadhan App

Along with the online portal, a mobile app of IGRS UP has been developed in view of Mobile Governance. This app can be download from the play store. Now citizens can file their grievances & track their status through this mobile app. This app can use by both citizens and the officers.
Departmental officers can easily see the complaints and can take the required action for their Redressal. Interested applicants/officers can visit the online portal and click on the download link of the app.

How to Register to Complain in UP Jansunwai Portal

You should follow the below steps to register the Grievance on the portal:

  1. Visit the official website mentioned above for UP Jansunwai Portal or Click Here.
  2. Now select the “Register Grievance” link on the homepage
  3. Check the Disclaimer box and click on submit
  4. Enter your mobile no & Captcha code& click on “Submit & Generate OTP”
  5. You need to submit the OTP and the complaint form will appear
  6. Now fill all the details carefully and upload all the required documents & click on “Reference safe”
  7. After submitting the application, a reference no/complaint no will be sent on your registered mobile no or email id.
  8. You can use this reference no to track the Grievance status.

How to track Grievance

You should follow the steps mentioned below to track the Grievance:

  • Visit the official website mentioned above
  • Now select “Track Grievance” link on the homepage
  • Enter your complaint no, mobile no & Captcha code& click on the “Submit” button
  • Now Application status will be displayed on the screen

How to send Reminder

You should follow the below steps to send the reminder in UP Jansunwai Portal:

  • Visit the official website
  • Now select “Send Reminder” link on the homepage
  • Enter your complaint no& click on “Search” option
  • Now the reminder will be sent successfully to the respective authority

How to send feedback

You should follow the steps mentioned below to send the feedback

  • Visit the official website mentioned above
  • Now select the “Give Feedback” link on the homepage
  • Enter your Grievance Id, mobile no, enter your feedback, satisfaction rating & Captcha code& click on“Send OTP” button
  • Now after submitting the OTP  the feedback will be sent successfully.
