RRB ALP Exam Syllabus and Pattern 2018 – Railway ALP Exam Syllabus

The RRB (Railway Recruitment Board) already declared the notification for the post of ALP (Assistant Loco Pilot) and Technicians for the year 2018. As railway is the biggest recruiter of government jobs, most of the aspirants eagerly wait for the RRB recruitment notifications. Important Details

  • Name of the Post- Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP), Technicians
  • Total Number of Vacancy- 27019 posts
  • Salary- Rs. 19900 per month
  • Last Date of Application- 31st March, 2018

Exam Pattern

The notification for the post of ALP (Assistant Loco Pilot) and Technicians for the RRB CEN 01/2018 notification already released. The exam is based on CBT (Computer Based Test). There are 2 stages of computer based test:

  • First Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)- MCQ
  • Second Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)- MCQ

For the ALP there are another 3rd round called Computer Based Aptitude Test. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. 1/3rd marks will be deducted for every wrong answers. There will be no negative marking for Computer based aptitude test for ALP.
