On the Acknowledgment and Admit Card page upload your fees deposit details by clicking Insert Fees Details. On submission of SB Collect Reference No (starting with DU), the Admit Card will be generated. Please print the admit card for the written admission test.

Eligibility Criteria for MLISc

Master of Library and Information Science Course

**For Deputed candidates.

A Bachelor’s Degree in any subject along with a BLISc Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution is required with a minimum of 3 years of experience ( calculated as per the date of submission of the Online application form) after graduating in BLISc as a whole-time paid staff member in a recognized library or information center.

**For other candidates.

A Bachelor’s Degree in any subject along with a BLISc Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum of 55% in BLISc  (for SC/ST candidates 41.25% and for PD candidates 50%) is required.

MLISc in Digital Library Course:

**For Deputed candidates.

A Bachelor’s Degree in any subject along with a BLISc Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution is required with a minimum of 3 years of experience ( calculated as per the date of submission of the Online application form) after graduating in BLISc as a whole-time paid staff member in a recognized library or information center.

**For other candidates.

A Bachelor’s Degree in any subject along with a BLISc Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum of 55% in BLISc  (for SC/ST candidates 41.25% and PD/ OBC-A/ OBC- B candidates 49.5%) is required.

Jadavpur University MLISc Admission 2021 Selection Procedure:

The selection of a candidate is completely based on merit. For calculating the merit marks of a candidate the University will give 50% weightage to marks obtained by the candidate in the BLISc examination and 50% weightage to the marks obtained by the candidate in the written admission test of the University.

Selected candidates:

The candidates selected for the MLISc Admission In Jadavpur University admission test will be required to report at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination to the Head of the Department. The candidates must carry their admit cards to the examination hall on the day of the exam.
