KVS Challan Form – Kendriya Vidyalaya Challan Form 2020 – 2021

The KVS Challan Form is open now. The students studying in many KVS all over India and the Kendriya Vidyalaya will be asked to pay their fees through the KVS Challan Form 2021. Union Bank of India has received the fees through various payment system modes, i.e., Online Payment / Challan Payment/ Payment through Mobile Banking/ Payment by PoS.

The KVS Fees are usually found every quarter during the calendar months of January, April, July, and October. The fee is generally collect from the 1st to 15th of the calendar mentioned above month. The link for KVS Challan Form is now initiated for April 2020. However, For delay, a late fine will be required, and the fee will be then concerned till the last date of the month.

Guidance for Downloading the KVS Challan Form

1. In order to pay the fee, all pupils of KVS must possess a system-generated 15 digit candidate Unique ID provided in the Challan copy.

2. Inline to pay the Fee, Start the Download Challan Form Link from the Important Links section hereabouts.

3. Insert the following details on the newly opened page:

  • Candidate Unique ID
  • Date of Birth
  • Captcha

4. Then agree on Login.

5. Then, the applicant will be directed to the Union Bank page where the following options will be given for payment:

  • Snap Here for Online Payment
  • Hit here for Print Receipt
  • Click Here for Generate Challan & Print Receipt

6. After payment of the fees, the pupils will be required to submit the fee receipt/Challan to the individual class teacher.

2. KVS Re-Admission Fee Rs. 100
3. KVS Tuition Fee
3(a). Class IX & XII (Men) Rs. 200
3(b). Class XI & XII Commerce & Humanities (Men) Rs. 300
3(c). Class XI & XII Science (Boys) Rs. 400
4. KVS Computer Fee
4(a). Class III onwards wherever Computer Education is being imparted Rs. 100
4(b). Computer Science Fee. (for elective subjects) + 2 stage Rs. 150
5. Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi (Standard I – XII) Rs. 500
