IISER Kolkata Admission – IISER Application Form Eligibility, Process, Dates

IISER Kolkata admission has been begun from 1st November 2021. It has been regulated by the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research. IISER combines a national level test known as the IISER SCB Aptitude test to offer admission in a 5-year dual degree program of BS-MS. Admittance can be done by three channels – SCB, KVPY, and on the basis of the JEE Advanced exam.

While JEE Advanced & KVPY is a national level test, but SCB is the only stream through which candidates will get admission on the basis of entrance tests that IISER will conduct.

IISER 2021 Counselling

IISER Counselling process is led by short-listed candidates. It has been started from 1st October 2021 for the KVPY channel. Different counseling is organized for each channel. Seats will be given to applicants on the basis of reservation policy and many other factors.

Candidates have to fill the selection of programs of the institute in which they will seek admission. Candidates have to report to the allotted institution with a fee to confirm their admission along with the following required documents.

IISER Application Process 2021

Applicants can apply online for the official admission portal of IISER Kolkata Admission. The application process is posted here.

• Visit the official website of the IISER admission portal. Further, click on the ‘Eligibility Criteria’ tab
• Click on the ‘Click here to Apply for Admission’ link
• Fill the appeal form by addressing the details, including your personal information and past educational qualification items
• Upload photograph and scanned images of signature (up to 50KB)
• Pay the application fee of Rs 200 using debit card/ credit card/ net banking

How to Apply for IISERs

1: The applicant will first have to visit the official website of ‘IISERs Admissions’.

2: From there, the applicant will have to agree to ‘JEE Application Link’.

3: The applicant will be directed to a new page where they will have to click on ‘Apply Now’.

4: A new tab will open. The applicant will have to enter the basic details to register themselves first.

5: Fill the application form and start the JEE scores.

6: Submit the application form.
