• The family  income of the candidate should not be more than 1 lakh by all means
• Candidate should be studying in any of the central and state-recognized institutions.
• The candidate who has passed the first level should not get the scholarship for their further studies.
• The Bihar Scholarship is not applicable to the girl child.
• Only two children of the same parent will get the benefit of the scholarship scheme.
• If the Candidate gets any other scholarship then he or she is not applicable for this scholarship scheme.
