Physical Fitness Test

1. THE RUNNING MARK UP TO 1.6 cm- For a total post to 5min 30 sec marks allotted will be 60 marks and from 5min 30 secs to 5mins 45 secs, marks allotted will be  48.

Bihar Indian Army Vacancy 2020 Medical Test

After the physical fitness candidates need to give Medical test-for clearing medical test follow the steps given below-

MEDICAL INSTRUCTION

• Candidate should do clear wax of the ears
• Candidates should get treated ears infection if any.
• Candidates should get treated hernia hydrocele, Varicocele, piles, skin diseases if any.
• The body hair of private parts should be shaved.
• Candidates should wear clean garments on the day of the medical test.
• Body Tatoo permanent body tattoo is only permitted on the inner face of forearm i.e- from inside of elbow to wrist and on the reverse side of the palm back side of a hand.
• body tattoo or permanent body permanent tattoo on other body parts is not acceptable and candidates will be in a problem if they have so.
