The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS)

It offers courses both at the undergraduate and postgraduate level and also has a doctorate program in the undergraduate level, it offers a 5 years BALLB (Hons) degree and also a 5 year BSc.LLB (Hons) is divided into 10 semesters. It has an average fee structure of Rs. 2,31,600/- per annum.

The postgraduate program is of one year which has a feed structure of Rs. 1,64,000/-.

The entrance for the undergraduate program is through the result of class 12 along with the rank obtained in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and for the postgraduate level is through the result of the undergraduate level along with the rank obtained in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) conducted for postgraduate level.

Faculty of Law University of Calcutta [FLUC]

Established in 1909, this is the main State-funded government college. There are other colleges that are affiliated with the University of Calcutta but this is the University’s department. It offers a 5-year BALLB (Hons) program divided into 10 semesters having a fee structure of Rs. 35,000/- yearly. It also offers a two year LLM program having a fee structure of Rs. 1,79,000/-. There is a total of 12 colleges including government colleges and private colleges affiliated to the University including its main department.

Entrance is through the entrance exam conducted by the University. Each of the 12 affiliated colleges has a maximum number of student capacity of 120 of which a portion is allotted to the reserved categories.

South Calcutta Law College

Also affiliated with the University of Calcutta. The entrance is through the common Calcutta university law entrance exam. It offers a 5-year BALLB degree divided into 10 semesters with a fee structure of Rs. 8,190/- per annum.

Sarsuna Law College

Sarsuna Law College is affiliated to Vidyasagar University, it offers a 3-year law course after graduation. Having a fee structure of Rs. 1,29000/- for the entire 3 years, the student needs to have a minimum of 45% in the previous graduation course to be eligible for appearing in the entrance exam conducted by the university.

It is affiliated to the University of Calcutta. It offers a 5 year integrated BALLB course and has a fee structure of Rs. 34,400/- per annum. The interested candidates must have a minimum percentage of 45 in the H.S. Exam or equivalent examination to be eligible for the entrance exam of the university.

George Group of Colleges

There are many popular courses that are offered by the George Group. One of them is the 5-year full-time BALLB course that it offers to its students. It has a fee structure of Rs. 36,000/-. The aspirant students must have cleared their 10+2 exam with a minimum percentage of 45.

Amity University

There are a lot of courses for which this university is famous. It also offers a 5-year B.Com LLB degree to its students. The yearly fee structure is Rs. 1,64,664/- The candidates in order to be eligible for the course is according to the qualifying exam, English essay, and the interview.

Techno India University

It offers a 5-year full time integrated BALLB course. It has a fee structure of Rs. 25,00,000/- in total for the course. The aspiring students must have a minimum of 60 percent in their 10+2 level exams. The students are selected through the entrance exam conducted by the university.
