Every board has set its passing criteria for the students who appeared for the board examinations at the state level. So, the Odhisa board has also kept the passing criteria. As per the Odisha board’s marking scheme, students are required to score 30% in every subject. Now the candidates who are scoring between 33-45% will get the third position. While between 45%- 60% of candidates will get the second position, and above 60% of candidates will get the first position. However, if we look back to the last year, we will know that the Odhisa board has used the grading system. Instead of getting a percentage, every student has received the grades as per the marks obtained.
Like other boards, Odhisa boards also conduct the supplementary exam. So, students will get a second chance.
