WBJEE Counselling 2020 Schedule
Wbjee counseling will start from the last week of June 2020. So, Counselling will be conducted through online mode. The counseling process is divided into various parts. Online Registration And Fee Payment, Choice Locking And Printing And Seat Allotment.
So, Candidates who have given exams can check the important dates in the table given below-

WBJEE Counselling Seat Allotment and Admission
Separate notifications with details of e-counseling and seat allotment and admission will be provided through the official website www.wbjeeb.nic.in.So details will be provided after the declaration of the result.
Candidates participating in e-counseling will be verified at the Reporting Center. So, details of the reporting centers will be given in the rank cards. Details will be given to those who have been declared eligible for the e-counseling.
WBJEE Counselling Procedure
The WBJEE Counselling carries the various steps of a procedure. Check the procedure in the points given below-
- Online Registration And Fee Payment – So, candidates who are interested in e-counseling have to register themselves. The registration process will be allowed for only one time for all the rounds. So after the registration candidates need to pay Rs 500 as a registration fee. Candidates should pay the fee can be paid through debit or credit card. Also by e-challan of Allahabad bank.
- Choice Filling – After the fees are paid candidates fill their choices of colleges and courses. So, choices will be displayed as per candidates’ eligibility. The choice of filling will be allowed only for one time for all rounds. So, candidates should fill maximum choices for set allotment.
- Choice Locking And Printing– once the candidates have finalized their choices they must lock their choices. So, after locking the choices candidates should take out the printout of the locked choices for further use.
- Seat Allotment – So, candidates will be provisionally allotted with the seat on the basis of choices filled by them and seat availability. Candidates can check their seat allotment result through the website. So, candidates should download their allotment letter from the website. Seat allotment will done in total after the three rounds.
- REPORTING TO THE REPORTING CENTRES (RCs) – Candidates who will get a seat in any of the rounds of counseling should report to the RCs. So, candidates should carry their necessary documents for the process of verification.
WBJEE Counselling 2020 Required Documents
Candidates who will come for the WBJEE Counselling should carry out the required documents at the reporting center which is given in the below points-
- Age proof (birth certificate or 10th passing certificate
- 10+2 Mark sheet and passing certificate
- Allotment letter
- Admit card
- Rank card
- Two recent size photographs of the candidates
- Domicile certificate
- Category certificate
