Rules And Regulation For Scheme
The aviation ministry has released a set of rules as the eligibility criteria for the citizen who wish to undertake the benefits. It has categorized people in two categories, i.e. the Indians who want to return and the foreign nationals who wish to go back to their own countries. Let’s have a quick look at the rules made under the Vande Bharat scheme for both the categories:

Post coming back, they will have to self-isolate for 14 days.
Before landing in India, it is important that they download the Arogya Setu app on their mobile phones.
All the expenses of the travel had to be borne by the citizens.
If the authorities find out that they have COVID infection, their evacuation will be canceled.
|Foreign Nationals||The citizens have to produce their visas or work permits as issued by the Home ministry.
They will have to assure that they don’t carry the infection with them.
If the country to which the person belongs does not permit his return, the whole process will be canceled.
