IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, which is a recruitment body that conducts exams for recruiting candidates to be placed in Banks.

Type of job or vacancy offered by IBPS
IBPO offers jobs in four different positions: IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, IBPS RRB and IBPS SO Exam
- IBPS PO – This selection is for the position of Probationary Officers (PO)
- IBPS Clerk – This selection is for the position of a Bank Clerk
- IBPS RRB – This selection is for the Regional Rural Banks Exam Office Assistants
- IBPS SO Exam – This selection is for the Specialist Officer

- Eligibility of the Position
- IBPS PO :
- Candidate must be a Graduate recognized by the Government of India
- Candidate needs to have secured minimum of 50% marks
- Candidate should be aged between 20 to 30 years
- IBPS Clerk :
- Candidate must have a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Indian Government
- Candidates needs to have Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer Applications or Information Technology
- Candidate should be aged between 20 to 28 years
- IBPS RRB :
- There are 4 posts for this position (Office Assistant, Officer Scale I, Officer Scale II, Officer Scale III)
- Candidate must be a Graduate recognized by the Government of India
- Age Criteria & Work Experience required differs from post to post
- IBPS SO :
Candidates can apply for various posts (I.T. Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, Law Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, Marketing Officer etc)
- Candidate should be a Degree Holder in a Relevant Field
- Candidate should be aged between 20 to 30 years
- Salary of the of the job for specific position
- IBPS PO :
- Vacancy is 4000 +
- Job Location across India

- Annual increment of Rs 980 for seven years
- IBPS Clerk :
