Application Form Fees
Students applying to the UG, PG, M.Phil & P.hD courses offered by the University need to fill in the application form and pay the required application fee. The registration fee can be paid through online payment gateway (Credit / Debit cards) / Net Banking.
- The application fee is RS 1000 /-
- Application form fee for SC / ST / OBC is RS 800 /-
- Each candidate can submit an admission form individually for a maximum of five courses.
- The separate registration fee for RS 200 /- per course has to be deposited, in addition to applix=cation fee RS. 1000 /- along with the admission form.
- Late fees RS. 500 /- for all courses will be applicable.
Methods of submitting Application Form
The printout of admission form along with the xerox of the Mark Sheets and other required documents (SC / ST / OBC / FF / PH / Kashmiri migrant / Parsi / Staff Ward / NCC / NSS / NRI / Sports, etc.) will be required to submit it to the Chairman Admission Committee, School of Studies in Physics, Jiwaji University, Gwalior 474011, either by Post or in person.

Eligibility Criteria for UG & PG
Students are willing to secure a seat in Under Graduate programs Should have cleared 10 + 2 from a recognized board. Students should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam. Moreover, a relaxation of 5% will be awarded to the SC / ST / OBC applicants of MP. Aspirants belonging to the Physically Challenged category will also be awarded a relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks.
To secure a seat in the Post Graduate programs offered by the University, the students should hold a B.A. degree and should have obtained at least 50% marks in the same. This percentage is 45% for SC / ST / OBC candidates of MP. Students belonging to Physically Challenged categories will be given a relaxation of 5%.
