Rajasthan Jan Suchna Portal – राजस्थान जन सूचना पोर्टल 2020 – मोदी योजना
Jan Suchna Portal is launched by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot on 13 September 2019 in B.M Birla Auditorium. This portal has been developed by the Department of Information Technology and Communications, Govt of Rajasthan. Jan Suchna Portal will provide information about all the available government schemes to the citizens of the state. Currently, information on 58 schemes of 32 departments is available on the portal.

Jan Suchna Portal
It is the first public information portal in India that provides information at one place about all the schemes implemented in the Ward / Panchayat by the Government. It implements Section 4 (2) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 that states that the public authority will provide information to the public at regular intervals through different mode of communications. Jan Suchna Portal Rajasthan Sampark (File Complaint)
Rajasthan Sampark is a facility provided to common people to lodge complaints and receive redressal of problems. The facilities are as follow:
- Now you can register problems online without appearing in office.
- You can lodge complaints at the Panchayat Samiti and district level centers at Rajasthan contact centers at free of cost
- It provides free facility to lodge complaints and receive information through the phone at Citizen Call Center (181).
- Now you can download the native applications for smartphone holders.
How To Register a complaint on Jan Suchna Portal

- Now click on “File a complaint” in the homepage of the website
- Then select ‘Lodge your grievance’ tab
- Click on “Register Grievance” button
- Enter your details like mobile no, complaint name, complaint details & upload document
- Then click on “submit” button and your complaint will be registered.
How to check Grievance status
You can check the steps given below to check the Grievance status
- Visit the official website mentioned above
- Now click on “File a complaint” on the homepage of the website
- Then select ‘View grievance status’ tab
- Now enter your Grievance ID/ mobile no & captcha, and click on “View” button

How to apply for Migrant registration on Jan Suchna Portal
You can check the steps given below to register:
- Visit the official website mentioned above or click here.
- Now click on “Migrant Registration”
- Then a page will open, and you have to enter all the required details
- Now you have to place a “tick” on the Self-Declaration box
- Click on the “submit” button for the final submission.
