Cotton University 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Check the eligibility criteria before applying for admission to Cotton University:
- To apply for a Ph.D., the applicant must be held a Master’s degree in a related field with at least 50% marks. Along with this, the candidate must have a valid NET / SLET score.
- To apply for B.Sc. in Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science and IT, Physics, Statistics, Botany, Zoology, Geology, Anthropology, Economics, the aspirant must have completed Class XII with at least 50% marks in PCM.
- B.A. in Geography, Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, English, Hindi, Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Sanskrit, Anthropology, Economics, Education, History, and Philosophy, the applicant must have completed Class XII
- BCA, a candidate must have acquired at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category) in aggregate along with English as a mandatory subject.
Selection Criteria:
Admission to the above-mentioned courses will be based on the applicant’s merit in Class XII.
- For admission to M.Sc. in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Botany, Environmental Biology and Wildlife Sciences, and Zoology, the candidate must be possessed with a B.Sc. degree with at least 50% marks.
- For MA in Geography, Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Hindi, Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Sanskrit, Anthropology, Economics, Education, History, Philosophy, Psychology, and Sociology, the aspirant must be possessed with a B.A. degree with at least 50% marks
